Emergency services reported three injuries following a series of traffic accidents in different areas of Luxembourg on Thursday evening.
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported three injuries following traffic accidents on Thursday evening.
The first incident occurred around 5.30pm when a motorcycle collided with a car in the Albert Bousser tunnel, near the Gluck roundabout, on the road to the Bonnevoie ring road in southern Luxembourg City. One person was injured and transported to the hospital by Luxembourg City firefighters.
Later, at approximately 9.30pm, a car overturned on the RN16 between Ellange station and Remich. Emergency Medical Assistance Service (SAMU) personnel from Esch-sur-Alzette, along with fire brigades from Remich and Mondorf-les-Bains, responded to the scene. One person was treated for injuries.
The final accident took place around 10.15pm on the A3 motorway. A motorbike collided with a car on the stretch narrowed by roadworks between Croix de Gasperich and the Berchem service station, in the direction of Luxembourg City and Metz. After being treated by SAMU, one person was transported to the hospital by Bettembourg ambulance services. Rescue workers from Luxembourg City and Hesperange also responded to the scene.
