Preparations for the Schueberfouer are underway on the Glacis field as the annual event approaches. The traditional fair, scheduled to run from 23 August to 11 September, necessitates a phased closure of the Glacis car park.
The closure of the car park began with the first section being shut since Sunday, 14 July. The second section will close on Thursday, 25 July, starting at 6am.
A third phase will see another part of the car park closed from 10pm on Saturday, 27 July. The fourth section will be closed from 10pm on Sunday, 4 August, with the fifth and final area closing from 8am on Saturday, 17 August.
Additionally, Avenue de la Faïencerie will be closed to traffic between Allée Scheffer and Boulevard de la Foire from 17 August to 14 September. The car park at the Schuman roundabout will also be closed from midnight on 23 August to 1am on 12 September, with access restricted to season ticket holders only.
