Extensive traffic jams grip the A3 and Croix de Gasperich area on Thursday afternoon, resulting in significant disruptions to travel.

The Traffic Management Centre (CITA) has reported an accident on the A3 heading towards France. A collision involving a lorry and a car occurred near Livange, shortly after the Berchem service station.

As per CITA's updates, the right-hand lane is currently obstructed, leading to extensive traffic queues stretching for kilometres during peak rush hour. Reports indicate heavy congestion at Croix de Gasperich, with vehicles backed up on access ramps from the A6 and the A1, descending from Kirchberg towards Gasperich.
