Emergency services report that a motorcyclist passed away in an accident that occurred on the CR315 on Wednesday evening.

The motorcyclist was driving from Harlange-Poteau to Bavigne at around 9.15pm when the accident happened.

According to the emergency service report, the 61-year-old man collided with a fawn and subsequently crashed into a tree. By the time first responders made it to the scene, the man had already succumbed to his injuries.
