Police have issued a warning of a man posing as a charity worker in order to dupe a woman and steal money from her home in Dudelange.
The thief rang the woman's doorbell at home on Rue des Champs, Dudelange, on Tuesday and pretended to be a charity worker collecting donations in order to gain access to her house. He then convinced the woman to hand over a sum of money.
An investigation has been launched into the incident.
