Four motorists were injured in separate accidents during the late afternoon and evening on Thursday, according to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS).
The first incident occurred shortly before 5pm on the RN 10, between Vianden and Bivels, where a motorcyclist crashed. Two teams of firefighters, an ambulance, and an AirRescue helicopter responded promptly to assist the injured rider.
An hour later, another accident involving two motorists took place on Route de Trèves in Senningerberg. Both individuals sustained injuries, prompting despatch of two ambulances from the capital and a team of firefighters from Niederanven.
Later in the evening, a motorcyclist in Bertrange crashed on Route de Longwy. The Emergency Medical Assistance Service (SAMU) and an ambulance from Mamer were at the scene to provide assistance.
