Luxembourg's young farmers will join the French and German agricultural demonstrations in Schengen on Wednesday.
The protests are planned to take place between 10am and 6pm, as young farmers from the Grand Duchy join their French and German counterparts at the border.
The municipal council in Schengen has issued a statement advising motorists to steer clear of the area where possible, as it is expected that the protests will block the bridge over the Moselle river, which forms the border with Germany. Motorists will not be permitted to leave their vehicles on the N10 and CR152B.
A press conference is expected to take place at 2pm on Place des Etoiles, held by the young farmers' association.
