The weather over the next few days should largely remain dry, with the exception of some small localised showers. However, motorists in particular should exercise caution overnight from Friday to Saturday, with freezing fog forecast until the morning and the potential for icy roads.

Over the weekend, temperatures should sit between -3 and 2°C with a mix of overcast and sunny skies.
However, as we head into next week, the snow is likely to return with small snow showers expected across Monday and Tuesday, leaving us with 1-2 centimetres of snow according to Meteolux.

From Wednesday, Luxembourg’s meteorological service predicts up to 7-8 centimetres of snowfall, amid heavier showers. It must be said there is still some uncertainty about the estimated precipitation, due to the cold front and milder air in the region, but it is more than likely to take the form of snow, say forecasters. The situation is to be monitored over the coming days.
