Princess Alexandra and her husband, Nicolas Bagory, who tied the knot in 2023, are anticipating the arrival of their first child in the spring of 2024, as announced by the Court Marshal's Office on Monday afternoon.

"The birth is planned for the spring," the Court revealed, refraining from disclosing the baby's sex. "The Grand Duke, the Grand Duchess, and members from both families share in the joy of this announcement," according to the Court.

The couple's union was sealed in a picturesque ceremony on 29 April 2023, in Bormes-les-Mimosas, located in the south of France. Exclusive images of the wedding were shared by RTL at the time.

Princess Alexandra Joséphine Teresa Charlotte Marie Wilhelmine holds the titles of Princess of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau, and Bourbon-Parma. She is the fourth child and the only daughter of the grand-ducal couple. She will be the fourth of the Grand Duke's children to become a parent, after her brothers Louis, Félix, and Guillaume.

With the birth of this baby, Grand Duke Henri will become a grandfather for the 7th time.
