Luxembourg's national carrier, Luxair, is set to introduce a range of new flight destinations starting from this winter.

Among them are two flights per week to Milan-Linate airport, situated closer to the city centre than Milan-Malpensa.

Departing from Findel Aiport, passengers can catch the Saturday flight at 7.45am and the Sunday flight at 6.45pm. The return flights are scheduled for 10am on Saturdays and 8.55pm on Sundays.

These additions complement the existing 14 weekly connections to Milan, the renowned fashion and design capital, from Luxembourg. Passengers have the flexibility to choose either Milan airport through Luxair's "city airport" offer.

In addition to the Milan route, Luxair will also launch four flights to Praia, the capital of Cape Verde, during the festive season from 18 December 2023 to 9 January 2024. Departures will be at 8am from Luxembourg on Mondays and 12 noon from Praia on Tuesdays.

Furthermore, starting from 9 November 2023, Luxair will operate one outbound and one return flight every Thursday to La Palma, one of the Canary Islands (departure at 11.10am from Luxembourg, return at 4pm from La Palma). Currently, Luxair offers ten flights to other Canary Islands like Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, and Lanzarote.

Lastly, from mid-September 2023, travellers can enjoy two weekly connections to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, departing on Thursdays (12.30pm from Luxembourg, 3.20pm from Ljubljana) and Sundays (9.20am from Luxembourg, 11.50am from Ljubljana).
