The bridge on the A13 that crosses over the train tracks near Schifflange is scheduled for reconstruction work this weekend, leading to traffic disruptions on the motorway.

This bridge known as the "Schifflange Bowstring" will be closed to traffic, in direction of Bettembourg between the Schifflange and Kayl interchanges from Friday evening 9.30pm to Saturday morning around 5am.

The bridge, commonly known as the "Bowstring Schifflange," will be closed to traffic in the direction of Bettembourg between the Schifflange and Kayl interchanges from Friday evening at 9:30 pm until Saturday morning around 5 am.

Additionally, the access ramp from Schifflange to the A13 towards Bettembourg will also be closed during this period.

Motorists traveling from the A13 or from the CR169 towards Schengen will be redirected via the Schifflange interchange, following the CR169, CR168, CR164, CR165, and finally the Kayl interchange.

Preparatory work to change the motorway's operation mode will be conducted a few hours prior to the closure, resulting in traffic disruptions starting from the early evening hours.
