Several kilograms of mozzarella and tomato sauce: a pizzeria geared up to create the biggest pizza of Luxembourg this Saturday, June 17th.

Brace yourselves for an Italian-infused feast of epic proportions! This Saturday in Esch-sur-Alzette, passersby are in for a jaw-dropping spectacle. Picture this: tables stretching along Rue de l'Alzette, from number 89 all the way to the town hall, awaiting the arrival of... drumroll, please... an outrageously long pizza!

Cloud Factory pizzeria took it upon themselves to create the largest pizza in Luxembourg - measuring a whopping 100 meters in length! On the menu: "100 kg of dough, 350 kilos of San Marzano tomato sauce, 400 kg of fior di latte mozzarella, and plenty of fresh basil bouquets," explains one of the pizzeria owners to Kachen.lu. Once the pizza is finished, around noon, it will be sliced by volunteers and offered to the public.

The establishment is supported by the city council of Esch, which has prepared the street and tables where the never-ending pizza rests. Cloud Factory was recently voted the 36th best pizzeria in Europe in the "50 Top Pizza" rankings.
