It was a busy night for the Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps, who reported seven accidents on Luxembourg's roads between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning.

A motorcyclist fell on Rue Nelson Mandela in Esch on Sunday around 5.20pm. First responders from Esch were on site. The driver was hospitalised.

At 6.38pm, two cars collided between Kayl and Rumelange. One person was left with injuries.

Two people were injured in Clemency around 10pm when two cars crashed on Rue Longue.

Another driver was injured after he rammed his vehicle into a wall in Brouch at 11.20pm.

Back to Kayl, where another motorist crashed his vehicle shortly after. First responders treated the injured driver.

Shortly before midnight, a motorist was involved in an accident between Misärsbrück and Bauschelt. First responders from Ettelbruck were on site and the driver was hospitalised.

At 4am, a motorist suffered injuries following a crash on the A4 motorway between Luxembourg and Esch.

The CGDIS also responded to a fire on Boulevard Kennedy in Esch, where smoke development had been reported around 10.30pm. One person was taken to hospital.
