According to reports from the Luxembourg police, a 26-year-old motorist lost his life after colliding with a tree. The man lived in Pratz, in the commune of Préizerdaul in western Luxembourg.
The accident occurred on a road located northwest of Luxembourg City when the driver came off the road for unknown reasons. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The police closed down the road until 4.45pm to carry out their investigation and clear the scene of the crash.
