Drivers can rest assured that there will be no snowfall on Friday. According to the national weather service, temperatures will remain close to 0°C in the morning, before rising to around 10°C in the afternoon.
That being said, Météolux does not exclude that those living above 300 metres of altitude might see a few flakes during the night and in the early morning. Wind gusts are forecast to sweep across the country, so all drivers should exercise caution.
According to the weather station at Findel Airport, they could reach up to 75 km/h. This will be combined with rainfall of varying intensity depending on where you are in the Grand Duchy.
As always, be careful on the roads, especially while overtaking lorries on the motorway. As you probably already know, wind gusts can feel even stronger when you come out from behind a lorry.
