Luxembourg's electricity consumption also dropped by 10% compared to the same period from 2017 to 2022, said the Ministry of Energy.

In January the Grand Duchy largely met its goals of using 15% less energy. According to a statement by the Ministry of Energy on Thursday, Luxembourg consumed 25.5% less gas in January than during the reference period of 2017-2022.
