The municipality of Ettelbruck took the decision shortly before 4.30pm on Saturday afternoon due to the potential risk of flooding during the weekend.

Specifically, the municipal authorities have decided to close the "Däich" parking area as well as the underground level (-1) of the car park. The municipality asks everyone to remove their vehicles from the parking area.

A ramp still provides access to the remaining floors (0-3) of the car park.
