The first incident occurred at around 8pm on Friday evening, with the second around 2am on Saturday morning.
The two victims were walking through the city centre when a group of young people pushed them from the front and ripped off the headphones they were wearing around their necks.
The seven alleged perpetrators then fled. No one was injured. The incident was reported to the police, who launched an investigation.
Another violent robbery occurred in the Gare neighbourhood late at night. Shortly after 2am, a man was approached by two unknown men who asked him to hand over the bag he was carrying.
When the victim refused, the assailants pulled on the bag until it gave way and punched the victim. The two criminals then fled with the stolen items. The victim did not suffer any further injuries. The police have launched a, so far unsuccessful, search for the culprits.
