Six people were injured in crashes across the Grand Duchy on Sunday night.
One motorist was left with life-threatening injuries following a crash between Vichten and Bissen at around 1.30am. Reports suggest the man came off the road and was thrown from his vehicle as it overturned several times. Paramedics treated the driver at the scene before rushing him to hospital for further care. The road was closed to traffic during the incident.
Two cars collided between Hamm and Sandweiler at around 9pm, leaving two people with injuries. Fire fighters and an ambulance from the capital were dispatched to the scene.Another collision took place between Hoscheid and Hoscheid-Dickt at around the same time, with three people injured. Hosingen emergency services dealt with the incident.
