The Luxembourg Confederation of Christian Trade Unions (LCGB) issued a statement on Monday to express approval of last week's tripartite agreement.
LCGB is thereby the first of the three involved unions to approve of the new tripartite agreement. Measures include a limitation of gas and electricity prices, as well as a raising of the minimum wage.
The national committee of the Independent Luxembourg Trade Union Confederation (OGBL) is scheduled to meet and discuss the tripartite agreement on Tuesday. All eyes will be on the decision since the OGBL was the sole union not to carry the last agreement.
The federal committee of the Confederation of Public Servants (CGFP) will convene on Tuesday and Wednesday to also discuss the tripartite agreement.
