Several decisions were taken during the tripartite negotiations on Monday afternoon: partial unemployment will be abandoned, the redundancy programme left to expire, and wages no longer be frozen as of next year. 44 eligible employees can continue benefiting from early retirement.
All negotiating parties report that the dialogue was constructive. Nevertheless, there was also a universal awareness that Luxair is about to face significant challenges, including the modernisation of its fleet and cargo centre.
