The National Health Fund (CNS) announces that it has once again failed to reach an agreement with the Federation of Associations representing Psychotherapists in Luxembourg (FAPSYLUX).

The positions of the two parties "are simply too far apart," the CNS writes in a statement published on 6 September. The CNS will officially announce that the talks have failed at its next meeting on 14 September. Negotiations have been going on since 2017. They already failed once in 2019.

Nevertheless, the CNS goes on to say that it will follow all legal procedures to make sure that the services offered by psychotherapists will be reimbursed over the course of 2023.
