Over 3,500 students will begin their school leaving exams next week, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Education.

The sum includes 1,600 pupils from classical secondary education, and 1,936 from general secondary education.

21 candidates are sitting the exams following evening classes.

The written, oral and practical exams will be evaluated by a total of 1,458 members of 236 exam commissions once completed.
