Bouldering and climbing fanatics can now discover a new four-metre-high climbing wall in Parc Brill. Both children and adults are welcome to try out the new outdoor activity.
To avoid any potentially painful falls, so-called "crash pads" are at users' disposal. 17 people can be on the wall simultaneously. During opening times, there will always be an employee of the Red Rock Climbing Center present. The larger wall has fixed opening times, the smaller wall is always open.
Climbing has become a real fashionable sport in recent years. In Luxembourg it is mainly practiced indoors. “We are curious to see how the new leisure offer at Brill will be received by the inhabitants and visitors of the park”, said mayor Gilles Roth during the opening on Monday.
The project received green light on 21 March 2021, and cost around 280,000 euros, half of which was subsidised by the state.

Thursdays between 2-6pm
