The municipality of Luxembourg City is looking for people to take over its latest pop-up business.

The municipality of Luxembourg City currently has seven locations for pop-up stores. A small business at Charly's Gare is now set become the latest addition, with City officials hoping to install a small café. They have launched a call for applications so that people can present their ideas for the pop-up business.

Luxembourg City Alderman Serge Wilmes explained: "We know that the location does not see a lot of people passing by, but we think it could still be turned into an interesting meeting place, located right next to the park and the Villa Vauban. The business will also have the option of installing a small terrace."

The store has a surface area of 41 square metres. People interested in taking over the pop-up location can file an application until 8 May. The project spans over six months, during which rent is set at €650.
