Five further deaths from COVID-19 was reported today, meaning the total death toll in the Grand Duchy has risen to 668.
8,903 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was 1.63%.
There are 93 patients in standard hospital care, ad decrease of six from yesterday, while the number in intensive care increased by three to 24.
According to Monday’s figures, there were 2,888 active infections in Luxembourg, while 53,266 patients have recovered from the virus.
The R rate stands at 0.98.
33,238 people have received their first vaccine dose in Luxembourg. 14,227 of those have received a second dose.
