Burglars targeted a shop in the 'Arcades' complex on Route de Trèves in Niederanven, successfully disabling the alarm system. The criminals then opened the shopping centre's door and the shop's door, escaping with an unknown amount of cigarettes.
Other break-ins were reported on Helperterwee in Buschdorf, on Chemin de Moulin in Schrassig, and on Um Wangert in Beidweiler. With the exception of the Schrassig break-in, all burglaries occurred at night.
