As our Luxembourg colleagues recount, Steve was celebrating his birthday with his girlfriend Jessica and some friends at the "Am Stall" establishment when he took a knee and asked the fateful question.
A question to which Jessica answered favorably, giving one more reason to the revellers present at the "Am Stall" to party until the end of the night.
