The test phase had been announced as a measure to explore adding a car-sharing lane to the motorway. During this test, the police put a mobile speed camera in place to verify whether motorists were respecting the new reduced speed limit.
According to Paperjam, one week's worth of the speed camera's placement caught 361 motorists speeding and ignoring the reduced speed limit.
Now that the test phase has concluded, the Ministry of Mobility will evaluate the results.
