MRI ban in medical centresAdministrative court refers the case to constitutional court

RTL Today
In the case surrounding a dispute about MRI machines in private medical centres, the administrative court has yet to pass a verdict in the first instance.

On the contrary, the administrative court punted the ball to the constitutional court by asking a so-called interlocutory question.

The constitutional court has been tasked with clarifying whether a law from 1983 on the question of medical equipment and machines at medical practices is compliant with two particular constitutional laws.
