According to the witness appeal, Penning wore a dark blue shirt, grey pants, and potentially a light blue jacket at the time of his disappearance. He is described as heavyset and about 174cm tall. The elderly man is known to drive a green Hyundai I10 with the following licence plate: HP 3277 (L).
