As the prosecutor’s office reported on Monday, the seized drugs were destroyed last Thursday. This discovery represents the largest seizure in air freight in Luxembourg to date. The haul was discovered in early February in a shipment from Brazil.
The operation was carried out by the Customs and Excise Administration in collaboration with the judicial police and the Luxembourg public prosecutor’s office, while the Special Police Unit was responsible for securing the entire operation.
