On Wednesday, shortly after 6pm, a first accident occurred on Arbed Street in Esch - the emergency medical services had to be called to the scene.
In Esch, at 5.30pm on Wednesday, another individual was struck and injured on Boulevard JF Kennedy. A similar incident took place in Rodange on Luxembourg Street at the same time.
At 5.20pm, a collision occurred on the Rue de Hollerich in the city, involving two cars and resulting in one person being injured.
In Steinfort, on the Rue des Champs, a fire broke out in a chimney around 21.45pm Wednesday evening. The incident resulted in damage to property only, similar to an accident that occurred on Rue Victor Hugo in Altwies at 10.15pm.
