A burglary occurred at a bar on Route de Longwy in Rodange on Saturday night. Shortly after 2am, the owner was alerted by the security system, which indicated that three male individuals had broken in via the backdoor and opened a gambling machine. They were then seen fleeing the scene in the direction of France. Police confiscated a backpack and a crowbar, which the three burglars left behind.
Another break-in occurred in Rumelange. Police were able to secure a blood sample of the suspected perpetrator, who cut themselves when entering the building in question.
Further break-ins were reported in Differdange, Dudelange, Belair, and Strassen over the weekend.
