The work on the road surfacing was due to start at 7am on 26 May and conclude on Saturday 30 May. However, on Friday, the Roads and Bridges Administration announced the roadworks are to be extended until 5pm on Sunday 31 May.
Traffic will continue to be diverted via Boulevard Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, Boulevard Pierre Krier, Boulevard Charles de Gaulle and Rue Henri Koch.
