Welcome to the weekend! Light lanterns, hear techno beats, swap carnival clothes, watch The Invitation or combine cocktails with art!

1. Light lanterns on Liichtsmëssdag

Children will bring light to Luxembourg villages on Friday, as Liichtsmëssdag (or Candlemas) is celebrated on the eve of Saint Blaise's Day. Primary school classes will craft lanterns with the help of their teacher, and, supervised by adults or older children, stroll the streets with their lanterns, singing traditional songs and ringing doorbells for treats. So make sure to stack up on goodies, some money or a hot chocolate or pancake (also big traditions!).

The Grand Auditorium will be transformed into a real club!
