1. See antiquities, furniture and art

What: Antiques & Art Fair

Browse antiquities, modern art, contemporary art, paintings and furniture, as well as jewellery and leather goods as the Antiques & Art Fair is back for its 51st edition at Luxexpo The Box. The pieces presented are by some one hundred exhibitors from 7 different countries. A lovely weekend plan that will delight collectors and art lovers.

2. Watch The Stranger Song

What: Collaborative theatre
Where: Grand Théâtre, 1, rond-point Schuman, 2525 Luxembourg

Biergerbühn is a collaborative theatre project bringing together professional and non-professional performers of all ages and backgrounds. Led by Elsa Rauchs and Claire Wagener (Independent Little Lies), it offers an open space to meet, train, and create together. The Stranger Song explores belonging, otherness, and human connection through a shared, multilingual stage experience. Blending personal stories into a collective narrative, the project celebrates presence, vulnerability, and joy – a theatre of humanity where everyone has a place.

3. Celebrate Chinese New Year with parade and workshops

What: Year of the Horse
Where: On Place d’Armes

Celebrate Chinese New Year (Year of the Horse) in Luxembourg City on Saturday, with a festive programme in the afternoon. Between 1-3pm, enjoy traditional Chinese arts, activities, and food at Place d’Armes, followed by a spectacular Chinese Dragon Dance and Parade from 3pm through the city centre. Free and open to all.

4. Taste wines along illuminated walking trail

On Saturday and Sunday, the vineyards of Luxembourg’s Moselle region host the 4th edition of Wine Lights Enjoy, a unique illuminated wine trail. Stretching over 5 km between Wormeldange and Ahn, the landscape comes alive with lights, local wines, regional food, and live participation from winemakers and associations. A magical, family-friendly experience to discover the Moselle, its people, and its outstanding wines and Crémants.

5. Hear final Reset jazz concert

What: European collaborative residency & festival

The 9th RESET Festival culminates in a closing concert featuring the eight Reseters: Franz von Chossy (piano, Germany), Jérôme Klein (drums, Luxembourg), Maelle Desbrosses (viola, France), Marta Wajdzik (saxophone, Poland), Aurélie Charneux (clarinet, Belgium), Selma Savolainen (vocals, Finland), Grigoris Theodoridis (bass, Greece), and André Fernandes (guitar, Portugal). After a week of collaboration, improvisation, and exchanges, the artists unite on stage for a unique collective performance, blending their diverse voices into one extraordinary musical experience.

6. Make your own carnival masks

What: Ages 6-9
Where: Kulturhaus Niederanven, 145 Rte de Treves, 6940 Niederanven

Children can get ready for carnival at Kulturhaus Niederanven by designing and making their own felt masks, from animals to superheroes, guided by designer Anne-Marie Herckes. The workshop focuses on hands-on creativity, with children shaping their masks around their own ideas and taking home a finished piece for the season. Herckes has run her own fashion brand since 2006 and studied fashion design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp and the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. Prior registration required. 7. See Lady Vengeance

What: Psychological thriller

A woman is framed for murdering a six-year-old boy and is imprisoned for 13 years. After being released from jail, she seeks revenge on the man responsible for committing the crime and framing her.
