The Anatura Hotel in Weiswampach unveiled its new wellness area on Friday. The line-up includes swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas, an ice cave, and a restaurant, all designed to tempt guests in search of a relaxing break.
Wellness lovers will be pleased to hear that a new spa has opened in the north of the country, in Weiswampach. The spa is attached to the Anatura Hotel, which opened nearly a year ago in the region. External visitors are also welcome.
An impressive hotel complex has now opened its doors in Weiswampach. The press was invited on Friday to discover the facilities laid out at the foot of the hotel and, above all, on the edge of the lake and the neighbouring forest. The setting contributes to the relaxing atmosphere the operators are aiming for. The mayor of the municipality and the secretary general of the Horeca federation were also invited along.
The visit first offered a chance to see how the site has evolved over the past twelve months. It is fair to say that the Lamy Group has not disappointed. The attention to detail is clear, both in the rooms and in the atrium and restaurant. Then came the moment to discover the much-anticipated wellness and spa area in Weiswampach.
To say that the project's developers have gone all out would be an understatement. Saunas, a hammam, jacuzzis, heated pools, sensory showers, massage rooms and an ice cave are on offer, alongside a relaxation area, a tea bar and a terrace.
Several routes through the facilities are suggested, though visitors are not obliged to follow them. So-called ceremonies are also held in the saunas overlooking the lake. Those after a more intimate moment can opt for a solo or couples massage.
In short, there is something for everyone. The wellness area covers 4,500 square metres and can welcome up to 80 people at a time, the operators said. On sunny days, around 100 people can be accommodated without feeling crowded, one of the Lamy Group's directors explained.
The good news is that a large part of the facilities are outdoors. For relaxation lovers, the Anatura Hotel's wellness area could become a prime destination this summer, given the heatwaves forecast across the Greater Region.
