It was a bad start to the day for this resident of the Belgian town of Sint-Niklaas, located in the Flemish region. Last Tuesday, like every other day of the week, he left his house at around 7am to go to work. Not a fan of public transport, he prefers to drive.
But as he approached his car, he was shocked to see that it hads been vandalised – and in quite a disgusting way at that. His white car was completely covered in excrement.
“All the door handles, the boot lid, the rear side windows, the side mirrors. and the rear window were smeared with faeces,” the owner, who prefers to remain anonymous, told the newspaper Gazet Van Antwerpen.
“I used a bucket and a sponge to clean most of the handle so I could open my door properly. I then immediately went to the nearest carwash.”
He reported the incident to the police and filed a complaint. Although the situation is rather embarrassing, the car owner shared his misadventure on social media in the hope of finding answers.
