Pears are already delicious on their own, but peared (get it?) with a chocolate sauce? YUM!
Ingredients 
For the pears
- 4 pears
 - ½ lemon
 - ½ vanilla pod
 - 6 g saffron
 - 200 g sugar
 - 600 ml water
 
For the chocolate sauce
- 100 g dark chocolate (70%)
 - 100 ml milk
 - 20 g butter
 - 30 g caster sugar
 - 1 tbsp crème fraiche
 - Vanilla ice cream or pear sorbet
