Ingredients
- 600 g Norwegian salmon fillet without skin
For the burgers:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 30 g pickles, finely diced
- 1 tbsp chive rolls
- 10 drops green Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp tartar sauce
- salt
- sweet paprika powder
Also:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 handful watercress leaves
