Wednesday 2 September: Family Day at the Schueberfouer

Luxembourg City ⏐ The Schueberfouer is in full swing, taking place daily from midday at the Glacis, and today is the second of two family days! Today's discounts will be on food.

Thursday 3 September: Ice Cream Dream

Luxembourg City ⏐ Children from 5 years old are invited to join this two hour workshop, at Lëtzebuerg City Museum, making their own ice cream popsicle decorations.

Friday 4 September: Kass Haff vegetable market

Rollingen ⏐ Check out Kass Haff farm's weekly vegetable market, which takes place from 3pm to 6.30pm between April and October and has a plethora of fresh produce for sale.

Saturday 5 September: Children's ceramic workshop

Useldange ⏐ Children aged 6 years and older have the opportunity to make their own unique piece of art using clay, in this hands-on workshop.

Sunday 6 September: Wilderness Family Day

Koerich ⏐ Spend a day in nature with the family! This will involve an eight hour hike, learning many things about the great outdoors, and building shelters. Registration is compulsory.

Monday 7 September: Braderie

Luxembourg City ⏐ From 9am to 7pm, shops' doors will be open and they'll be enticing shoppers with exceptional discounts.

With entertainment and food stalls this event is not-to-be-missed even for those not looking to shop.

Monday 7 September: Mini-golf

Vianden ⏐ A fun activity for all ages, why not try a round of mini-golf in the beautiful city of Vianden?

Tuesday 8 September: Atelier Péckvillchen

Kehlen ⏐ In this creative workshop, children and adults alike have the opportunity to craft their very own Péckvillchen, alongside an amateur potter. A great family activity!

Wednesday 9 September: Schueberfouer fireworks

Luxembourg City ⏐ On the final day of the Schueberfouer, visitors will enjoy 50% off across the entire fair, until 8pm.

At 10pm a dazzling fireworks display will take place over the Pont Grande-Duchesse Charlotte!

Friday 11 September: Sunset Cinema

Mamer ⏐ Sunset Cinema's final weekend takes place in Parc Am Brill! Doors open at 6pm both evenings, with the movies starting at 8pm. Tonight's movie is Intouchables and tomorrow it's Madagascar.

Saturday 12 September: Tuffi – Junior Atelier

Luxembourg City ⏐ A wonderful activity for children's imaginations, children aged 4–6 years old are invited to story time at Villa Vauban at 10.30am. Registration is required.

Sunday 13 September: Cinema Paradiso

Luxembourg City ⏐ From 3–4.30pm at the Théâtre des Capucins, the animated film Robot, Celeste & das All – L'Odysée de Céleste will be showing and is recommended for children aged 7 and older. A relaxing Sunday afternoon activity!

Monday 14 September: Fencing open day

Luxembourg City ⏐ Are you or your children interested in trying out fencing? This open door provides a wonderful opportunity to do this, taking place in Merl from 6–8.30pm, for adults and children (aged 5 and older) alike! Register in advance to guarantee entry.

Wednesday 16: Bicherbus

Bertrange ⏐ The Bicherbus will be at Center Atert from 10.30–11.20am, and everyone is welcome to come and borrow a book. Books will be available in German, Luxembourgish, French, and English.

Thursday 17: Rhythmik workshop

Luxembourg City ⏐ This workshop, from 3–4pm, is suitable for children aged 3–5 years old and will immerse the children in dance, movement, and music.

Friday 18 September: Music class trial

Niederanven ⏐ This workshop, from 10–10.45am, enables children to discover the world of music. All children, accompanied by an adult, are welcome!

Saturday 19 September: Making apple sauce

Bech-Kleinmacher ⏐ Children aged 6–12 are invited to this hands-on apple sauce making workshop, which will run from 2–5pm.

They will also do some craft and will have the opportunity to personalise their jar which they will take their apple sauce home in. Registration is required!

Sunday 20 September: Children's mini-motorbike activity

Wickrange ⏐ An exciting and unique opportunity for children – to ride on a mini-motorcycle (whilst supervised by instructors!), at Grid X. Children must be between 1.10m and 1.50m tall.

Friday 25 September: Kodama at the Philharmonie

Luxembourg City ⏐ Suitable for the youngest audience, children aged 0–2 will be mesmerised by this musical adventure, and they will not be expected to sit still! At the end the children will be invited to the stage to dance and play together.

Saturday 26 September: Atelier Mini Chefs

Steinfort ⏐ For children with a sweet tooth this chocolate lollipop making workshop will be a hit. Suitable for children aged 5 and older, children will be able to enjoy a tasting, an introduction to chocolate and, of course, an opportunity to make their own chocolate lollipops.

There are two sessions on this date, starting at 9.30 and 11am. Registration is required!
