1. Wine and Easter egg hunt at the Château de Bioul near Namur, Belgium

This beautiful castle and wine production facility will welcome adults and children for a wine hunt and an Easter egg hunt on Saturday 8 April 2023.

Reservation is required.

2. Easter Brunch and Easter Monday Brunch at Hotel Van der Valk, Arlon, Belgium

Delicious brunch and activities for children in a lovely ambiance complete with Easter decorations and free hot and cold  non-alcoholic drinks. The brunches are a great opportunity to spend some quality time with family and friends.

3. Easter egg hunt in Western City, Chaudfontaine, Belgium

In a wild west atmosphere in Western City, children will enjoy an Easter egg hunt, face painting, games, clowns, balloon artists and more.

This might be the only place close to Luxembourg that looks like the Wild West, check it out for yourself here on their website!  

4. Easter egg hunt in Aubange, Belgium

This is a fun Easter game organized in the 7 villages of the city of Aubange. Don't miss it.

5. Easter egg hunt at Park Methelin at Messancy Belgium

Sunday 2 April from 2pm to 5pm. Registration is preferable by email. You can find all the details here.

6. Easter at the beautiful gardens Jardins des Annevoie, Belgium

Sunday 9 April and Monday 10 April.

The most gorgeous gardens to walk with your children, with very present the element of the water apart from the beautiful gardens, statues, flowers and in addition to this for two days for Easter, an Easter hunt, chocolate creations and a lot more.

7. Easter at Baumwipfelpfade, Germany

With the breathtaking views, visitors that will be around the Saarschleife on Sunday 9 and Monday 10 April 2023 will have the opportunity to participate in an Easter egg hunt. Of course the Easter Bunny will also pay a visit. Open from 9.30am to 6pm.

8. Easter at Garten Show Kaiserslautern, Germany

Sunday 9 April at 1.30pm.

A story about a dragon… A show for children in these beautiful gardens that has almost everything; playground, dinosaurs, Lego expo, adventure golf and one of the best water playgrounds. Yes, a nice day excursion.

9. Easter at EifelPark Gondorf, Germany

One of the favorite destinations for families from Luxembourg, Eifel Gondorf Park will have special Easter days on 9 and 10 April.

10. Easter at Elfy Park, France

In a beautiful green setting, Easter activities with enigmas and mysteries and of course the Easter egg hunt. On Sunday 9 and Monday 10 April - find all the details here.

11. Easter egg hunt at Chateau de Preisch, France

It is on Sunday 9 and Monday 10 April at 9.30am to 6pm.
It is almost a tradition the Easter egg hunt at Chateau de Preisch. It attracts many visitors and reservation is recommended but not mandatory. Do not forget your basket to collect the eggs.

12. Easter egg hunt in Binche, Belgium

Saturday 8 April

As per the organisers: For the little chocolate lovers, we're giving you an opportunity to join the traditional egg hunt, organized on Saturday, 8 April at 3pm at Derbaix Park! There is free entrance and accessible for kids ages 3 to 12 years old. Don't forget your baskets!

13. Easter egg hunt at Source O Rama, Chaudofontaine, Belgium

Saturday 8 April

If you have not visited Source O Rama with the children maybe now is a great opportunity as there is also the Easter celebrations. Inscription is required before 5 April.

The Dynamic Parc seems to be back these days, especially on 9 and 10 April. Fun for the whole family, so don't miss out.

A free event at the beautiful castle of Jehay, fun for the whole family.

17. Europa park, Germany 

The park will be open every day in the week and on top of that, from 7-10 April, a special Easter interactive event will take place. Here are all the details:

During the Easter holidays, we have a special highlight in the store for all little visitors at Europa-Park: a special interactive event with various stations such as egg races, an Easter parkour and a handicraft corner. A sweet Easter surprise awaits the eager Easter fans who complete all the stations.

All guests young and old can also look forward to a funny puppet show. This will take place four times a day, at 11am, 12pm, 2pm and 3pm at the corner between the Swiss themed area and the Ice Arena in the Greek themed area.

We will also host the 'Hunt for the golden egg' again. Ten eggs per day will be hidden throughout Europa-Park. If you find an egg, you can take it to one of our information offices where it will be exchanged for a fully loaded Easter nest.

18. Easter Egg Drop in Thumaide, near Beloeil, Belgium

Monday 10 April

This is not so close to Luxembourg, however if you want to see chocolate eggs falling from the sky this is the place to be.

Every 40 min, a squadron of remote control helicopters and aeroplanes will drop a hailstorm of thousands of chocolate Easter eggs. The event is free but very popular so booking via email or via the Facebook page is recommended.

19. Easter day in Saarburg Germany

A bit later on 17 April, an Easter market in beautiful Saarburg with carousel for the children and music and other surprises and in any case visiting Saarburg is always wonderful.
