The footage was shared in the r/Luxembourg reddit group by user weezl.
We contacted the user who uploaded the video, who confirmed that the unusual incident took place near Badanstalt in Luxembourg City. He also wanted to be credited as Mike Hunt, but we saw through that one.. ;)
The man in question contacted RTL as a result of the attention his adventure got both through news and social media, and wanted to clarify that he was, in fact, taking the goats to a veterinary. It was only a short journey, and he had no other means of getting there.
