Under time pressure, the candidates must stitch up a wound, build a blood-pressure measuring device using water, and the final ticket to the semi-final is up for grabs in the DNA duel.
The candidates must stitch up a wound on a pig’s trotter using at least five stitches, making it as neat and precise as possible – in just 15 minutes. Who has the steadiest hand? Who produces the neatest wound? Surgeon Dr Scolati will decide the winner.
The teams must measure Olivier’s blood pressure using water and a device they build themselves – accurately, quickly and reliably. To check whether the results are correct, the measurements will also be verified with a professional device from the CGDIS.

The duelists must analyse two DNA models – one from a healthy patient and one from a cancer patient – and determine which mutation triggered the cancer.
Take Off airs on Fridays at 7pm on TV, RTL Play and takeoffshow.lu. It will also be broadcast again on Sunday morning at 11am.
