Shareholders approved the re-election of Lakshmi Mittal, Bruno Lafont, and Michel Wurth.

Aditya Mittal and Etienne Schneider were elected as directors for a term of 3 years each. The former Minister of the Economy, Etienne Schneider, replaces Jeannot Krecké, who was also Schneider's predecessor in the ministry.

Shareholders also decided to increase the authorised share capital of the steel giant.

Due to Covid-19 the general meetings were held online. 68% of the voting rights were represented.
