Karol Koska and Kristian Horsburgh, the organisers of the Take Off Festival stopped by The Sam Steen Show on RTL Today Radio to talk about this weekend’s event!
The Take Off Festival promotes Luxembourg’s small stage, placing local artists with various international acts around the genres of jazz-fusion and electronic. There’s sure to be something for everyone, as 12 bands and even more DJ’s are set to take the stage the 4 and 5 of June (this weekend).
“We want to promote the Luxembourg small stage and mix things up a little bit with a mix of jazz, electro and things like that”, explained Karol Kuska who, in his day job, books the bands at Vantage in Beggen. “We wanted to bring all the guys who feature on that small stage, (at Vantage), and put them on a big stage, bringing them together with the bands we book from outside Luxembourg.”
