Canadian rock group Cola will headline alongside UK shoegaze youngsters bdrmm and American band Maserati.
New York duo Lip Critic, indie rock group Corridor and fellow Canadians Ducks Ltd will also play the festival, which will be held at the Kulturfabrik in Esch-sur-Alzette on 11 May 2024.
Both bdrmm and Lip Critic have appeared in recent editions of Today Radio’s New Music Mondays.
French garage pop band Johnnie Carwash will also feature at Out of the Crowd, alongside local band No Metal in this Battle and more.
