Organiser John Rech came on the Sunny Side Up show on Today Radio to talk with Stephen ‘Steps’ Lowe about the festival, which celebrates Celtic culture and will be held at the Opderschmelz Cutural Centre.

This year’s line-up has a focus on Brittany: Gwennyn will sing in Breton on Friday night, followed by an exciting performance by Startijenn, the self-titled ‘undisputed masters of the Breton dancefloor.’

Also featuring on Friday night are top Scottish violinist Ryan Young; Authentica, who recently became the first Luxembourgish artist to play the legendary Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow; and live dance from the iconic Celtic Legends.

On Saturday, the programme includes Irish singer-songwriter Brian Brody, the hugely popular Kilkennys, and Breton band Noon with a modern Celtic approach.

Both nights will include an after-party at Kantin, with performances from Blackthorn and Brian Brody.

Tickets are still available at opderschmelz.lu.
