After a sold-out first edition in 2022, the Guitar Battle Experience is back at Sang a Klang, bringing another night of head-to-head showdowns between some of Luxembourg’s and the wider region’s finest guitarists.

Sixteen musicians will face off in eight epic duels, each supported by the powerhouse Gaasserock Blues Band, whose tight rhythm section and rock-blues classics provide the perfect foundation for the evening’s explosive guitar action.

The event will once again be guided by Luc Spada, whose trademark humour and energy promise to keep both crowd and competitors on their toes. Organisers hint at new twists and surprises, ensuring that no two battles will be alike.

This year’s lineup also includes familiar faces for RTL Today audiences, with musicians Fred Barreto and Steph Colling – both well-known from interviews and appearances on the site – taking to the stage in a battle for the ages.

Speaking on Today Radio's Drive Time with Ethan Carey, organizer Dan Terrao said that The Guitar Battle Experience isn’t about competition as much as it is about creativity and connection: musicians pushing each other to their limits, and a crowd that lives every note with them.
